Arkansas Best Insurance Agency (ABI) is the largest and oldest locally owned independent insurance agency, serving Hot Springs and surrounding areas for more than 100 years.
ABI was formerly known as Arkansas Bank and Trust Insurance Agency (ABT), founded in 1905. Mike Lipton, CIC, and Jay Olson, CPCU, CIC, ARM, acquired ABT Agency in 1995, where they were employed at the time. Our offices were then relocated to our current location in 2002 at 911 West Grand Avenue. Currently we have two offices to serve our customers, with the central office in Hot Springs and a branch office in the Village Square outside Hot Springs Village.
ABI is not only one of the oldest independent insurance agencies in Arkansas, but it has also grown to be one of the largest.
